14-Day Right to Cancel:  Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items for any reason.

How to Return:  1. Notify us via [Your Email] within 14 days of delivery.

2. Return the item to us within a further 14 days.

3. Items must be in the condition they were received. For New items, tags must be attached. For Pre-owned items, our security seal/tags must remain intact.

> Faulty Items:  If an item arrives damaged or "not as described" (especially important for pre-owned items), we will provide a full refund including return postage costs as per the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

> Return Shipping:  Unless the item is faulty, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked service.
