1. Introduction

This website, www.eclstores.com, is operated by Eagles Concept. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to [Eagles Concept Limited]. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

2. Product Condition & Accuracy

As we stock both New and Pre-owned items, the following applies:

 * Descriptions: We make every effort to display the colours and images of our products accurately.

 * Pre-owned Goods: Items marked as "Pre-owned" or "Vintage" may show signs of wear. Specific flaws will be noted in the product description. By purchasing, you acknowledge the unique nature of second-hand goods.

 * Variations: Small variations in measurements or color (due to screen settings) are not considered "significant misdescriptions."

3. Pricing & Payments

 * All prices are shown in GBP (£).

 * We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without notice.

 * Payments are processed securely via Shopify Payments. We do not store your credit card information.

4. Shipping & Delivery

 * We primarily ship within the UK.

 * Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days.

 * We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier (e.g., Royal Mail, Evri, inpost, DPD, yodel, etc), but we will assist in tracking any lost parcels.

5. Right to Cancel & Returns (UK Consumer Law)

In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations:

 * Cancellation: You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.

 * Condition of Returns: To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned in the same condition they were received. New items must have tags attached/original packaging.

 * Exclusions: For hygiene reasons, certain items (e.g., earrings, undergarments) cannot be returned unless faulty.

 * Return Shipping: The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or misdescribed.

6. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

7: International Orders & Customs Duties

For customers located outside of the United Kingdom (including the EU):

 Import Taxes: You are responsible for all import duties, VAT, and administrative handling fees charged by the courier in your country. These are not included in the price paid at checkout.

 Refused Deliveries: If a parcel is returned to us because of unpaid customs fees, we reserve the right to deduct the return shipping costs from your refund.

Important Notices

 "No Returns" on a pre-owned item if it arrives with a hole you didn't mention.
