Shipping & Delivery Policy

Processing Time:  We aim to dispatch all orders within 2–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed the next working day.

Delivery Options (United Kingdom)

1. Standard Delivery: £3.95 (Free on orders over £50). Delivered via Royal Mail Tracked 48 or Evri (typically 2–4 business days).

Express Delivery: £5.95. Delivered via Royal Mail Tracked 24 (typically 2–3 business days).

2. Free Local Delivery (Birmingham & Surrounding Areas)

We are proud to offer a personal delivery service for our local customers. Eligibility is based on your distance from our Birmingham hub:

 * Orders over £50: FREE delivery within a 7-mile radius.

 * Orders over £100: FREE delivery within a 15-mile radius.

Note: If your order meets the price threshold and distance, the "Local Delivery" option will automatically appear at checkout. Deliveries are typically made between Saturday and Sunday.

3. Local Pickup

Want it sooner? You can skip the shipping lead times by collecting your order directly from us.

 * Cost: Free.

 * Location: 104 Lakeside Walk, its a Park, Birmingham, B23 7YT, United Kingdom

 * Process: Select "Local Pickup" at checkout. You will receive an email notification when your item is ready (usually within 24 hours) with the full collection address and instructions.

Pre-Owned Items: > Please note that pre-owned items are thoroughly inspected and photographed before dispatch. We use eco-friendly, recycled packaging where possible to keep our carbon footprint low.

Tracking: > Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to follow your parcel's journey.
